Jasvandi Deosthale is Co-Founder of NEXG2EN CFO and oversees the delivery side of the firm: the processes, standards, and people that keep the work consistent across every engagement. She also leads NEXG2EN’s controllership practice, covering tax, treasury, audit, and regulatory reporting.
She brings 15 years of finance leadership across PwC and the Kirloskar Group, one of India’s oldest industrial conglomerates. At PwC, she built a deep command of risk and control. At Kirloskar, she led the finance function of a large, multi-entity business and drove M&A transactions and entity amalgamations across group companies and the family office.
