He is a Chartered Accountant (India), CIMA (UK) and Harvard Business School (Exec Ed) graduate who teaches executive MBA students and speaks at industry forums.

Jasvandi Deosthale is Co-Founder of NEXG2EN CFO and leads the firm’s controllership practice, covering tax, treasury, audit and regulatory reporting.
A Chartered Accountant, she brings 15 years of finance leadership and CFO experience across PwC and the Kirloskar Group — the first honing her command of risk and control, the second where she led the finance function of a large, multi-entity business and drove M&A transactions and amalgamation schemes across group entities and family office.
At NEXG2EN, her practice ensures that as clients scale across geographies and entities, their tax positions, treasury discipline, audit readiness and regulatory reporting keep pace with the business rather than trail behind it — the difference between a company that can move quickly and one that discovers its constraints too late.
